Sealing Frame
Sealing Frame AdhesiveSealing frame adhesive is the key material that forms the main sealing structure around the LCD panel. It is composed of special polymer materials that form a solid, dense barrier after curing, effectively preventing liquid crystal leakage, water and oxygen intrusion, ensuring the long-term stability and display quality of the panel.

Spacer BallsGap control spheres are tiny spheres that maintain the uniform thickness of the liquid crystal layer inside the LCD panel. These precision spheres are evenly distributed between the glass substrates to ensure a precise Cell Gap, which ensures that the liquid crystals are aligned in a consistent manner under the action of an electric field, avoiding uneven displays or color deviations.
Injection port sealing material
Injection Port SealantAfter liquid crystal injection, the injection port sealing material is used to seal the liquid crystal filling holes of the panel. The material needs to have excellent sealing properties, fast curing characteristics, and good chemical stability to prevent liquid crystal leakage or contamination and to ensure the efficiency of the panel production process and the integrity of the product.
Key High Performance Liquid Crystal Seal Element List
High Performance O-Ring
Widely used in critical valves, pumps and fluid transfer systems. From high-temperature-resistant perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) to chemical-resistant fluorocarbon rubber (FKM/Viton), as well as elastic and chemically inert overmolded O-rings, chemical and gas transfer systems in the LCD process are guaranteed to be leak-free.
Metal Ring Seal Gasket (RTJ)
Designed for extreme high pressure applications such as special gas supply lines or vacuum equipment. The R, RX and BX configurations provide unmatched sealing reliability in high pressure environments through precision metal-to-metal contact.
Wrap-around Gasket (SWG)
It is made of V-shaped metal tape alternately wrapped with flexible filler to provide excellent elasticity and resilience. It is suitable for piping that undergoes temperature cycling in the LCD process, effectively absorbing thermal expansion and contraction, and preventing leakage caused by thermal stress.
Cam/tooth shims
Concentric grooves are machined on the surface of the metal core and a thin layer of graphite or PTFE is attached. The high sealing performance under low bolt load is especially suitable for precision equipment such as heat exchangers or reactors to enhance process efficiency and safety.
Teflon-related seals
These include modified PTFE, which overcomes the cold flow disadvantages of traditional PTFE and extends seal life, and spring-supported seals for ultra-low-temperature or very-low-friction requirements to safeguard special environments in advanced manufacturing processes.
Mechanical Seals
Used for shaft seals in rotating equipment (e.g. pumps, compressors). Adopting high-performance materials such as silicon carbide (SiC) or tungsten carbide as the friction side to ensure the transportation of high-purity fluids without contamination and prevent the escape of process gases or liquids to maintain a clean and safe production environment.
